Poopy yard? We've got the inside scoop.
Poopy yards are fun for no one, especially once Minne-snow-ta melts. We offer weekly poop-pickup services, so you have one less thing to cross off of your to-do list. We'll visit your home, clean-up the pet waste in your yard, deposit waste double-bagged into your garbage or ensure proper off-site disposal, and carefully check for proper closure of the gate or door in which we entered. We thoroughly disinfect our equipment prior to each service to prevent possible cross-contamination.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're ever dissatisfied with the quality of your clean-up service, just let us know as soon as possible and we'll come back within 72 hours for a complimentary re-clean.
Our fees are designed by the number of dogs that use your yard to potty and the time it takes us to finish cleaning up:
$14 for 1 pup ($2 for each additional pup) for the first 60 minutes + $8 for each additional 30 minutes
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you offer clean-ups all year?
We doo! We offer clean-up services year-round and try our very best, no matter the weather.
Are there ever any extra fees?
For clean-up services, we charge a flat-fee + tax. Our fees are designed by the number of dogs using your yard to potty and the time it takes us to finish cleaning up. We don't charge any seasonal fees, set-up fees, or require you to commit to a yard-cleanup schedule.
We like to remind owners that seasonal clean-ups sometimes lend certain limitations, specifically snow/ice, mud, and fallen leaves.
If there’s still snow in your yard, we'll clean-up what we're able to easily pop or dig out of icy or snowy areas, but we may not be able to remove everything. We usually recommend to wait to schedule your clean-up until after all of the snow and ice in your yard has completely melted. Otherwise, you may need to schedule multiple clean-up appointments. When the snow and ice melts, depending on how muddied your yard is with waste, we may be limited in what we're able to remove. Regardless, your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
During fall months when the leaves begin to drop, it's important for you to remove the leaves in your yard as best as you can prior to your scheduled clean-up, for it's difficult to ensure your satisfaction if we're unable to find your pet's waste to pick up. With your permission, we can blow the remaining leaves we find in your yard in order to uncover your pet's waste and remove them at your request.
How frequently should I schedule clean-ups?
Depending on how often your dog uses the bathroom in your yard and how many dogs are in your family, we normally recommend a weekly clean-up every 1-2 weeks.
What all is included in a clean-up service?
Our clean-ups include scooping up the poop in your requested clean-up area and depositing the waste double-bagged into your garbage bin (or properly disposing the waste off-site).
In the warmer months, we can also spray down your deck or patio with your hose complimentary by request. We also offer an add-on Deodorizing Treatment for an additional $5.
How do you find all of the poop?
That's a great question! We clean each yard by walking the area in a grid-like pattern at least twice, scanning and picking-up as we go, so no waste is missed. We're dedicated to doing our very best and guarantee your satisfaction.
If you're ever dissatisfied with the quality of your clean-up service, just let us know as soon as possible and we'll come back within a week for a complimentary re-clean.
Can you clean with our dogs in the yard?
Absolutely. As long as your dog is friendly and polite, we can clean with them in the yard. For dogs that will potentially be free-roaming in your yard during clean-up, we require proof of a current Rabies vaccination prior to service.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME DURING SERVICES?
As long as we have a way of reaching you if we have any questions, you do not have to be home during services. Our vehicles are marked and our associates wear clothing donning our logo. We'll confirm with you ahead of time, so we know whether you'd like us to greet or call you prior to beginning our clean-up.
